Harrigan Price Fronk & Co. LLP has the independence, objectivity and integrity to provide a wide range of assurance services.

The most common service currently offered is known as Agreed-Upon Procedures.  Given a set of client assertions, we will perform certain procedures and report the results.  These engagements are useful to evaluate internal controls, test the sales of a lessee whose rent is based on sales, or gain assurance on almost any aspect of a business.  They can also be helpful to identify potential theft and determine whether a complete fraud investigation is warranted.

In some circumstances, clients initially want an "audit" but find that our opinion on historical financial statements doesn't meet their needs.  In such cases, they may find that specific procedures performed by an independent certified public accountant will give them the assurance they need on a specific issue.
